THE STORY
Kuehne & Nagel approached Alistair Logistics asking for help with the movement of three large boats for the Tanzanian Coast Guard. Each boat measured 15 meters long and 5 meters wide. Therefore, they required special permits, escort vehicles and police escorts throughout the journey.
Alistair Logistics was able to ensure that all details and permits were taken care of to ensure there were no unnecessary delays. Drivers loaded successfully and the boats were transported safely to Dar es Salaam without incident.
